Interior Design for Builders
Designed to Sell. Visualized Before It’s Built.
At TNZ Home, interior design is more than selecting beautiful finishes—it is an essential part of how we position, market, and sell a new-construction home.
As part of our builder listing partnership, our interior design team works alongside the builder, architect, and 3D HomeMedia visualization team to develop a cohesive interior vision tailored to the architecture of the home, its price point, and the buyers we want to attract.
From kitchens and bathrooms to flooring, cabinetry, lighting, stone, paint, and architectural details, we help create interiors that are visually distinctive, marketable, and designed with the future homeowner in mind.

Interior Design With a Sales Strategy Behind It
A beautifully designed home can create an emotional connection with buyers long before they begin comparing square footage and specifications.
Because TNZ Home approaches each project from both a design and real estate perspective, we consider not only how a space will look, but how it will be perceived by buyers, photographed, rendered, marketed, and ultimately experienced.
Our goal is to help builders make thoughtful design decisions that elevate the property without unnecessarily increasing construction costs.

Design Direction & Material Selection
Our interior design team can help establish the overall aesthetic of the home and coordinate finishes throughout the property.
This may include flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, tile, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, hardware, paint colors, wall treatments, fireplace materials, ceiling details, built-ins, and other architectural finishes.
Rather than selecting each element independently, we create a cohesive design language that carries throughout the home.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design

Kitchens and primary bathrooms are among the most important spaces when marketing a luxury home.
Our team can assist with cabinetry styles and finishes, countertop materials, backsplash concepts, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, mirrors, shower design, tile combinations, and other details that create a polished and memorable finished space.
The objective is to create rooms that are functional, visually compelling, and strong selling features of the home.

Space Planning & Architectural Details
Working with the builder and architect, our designers can help refine interior spaces through furniture planning and architectural design concepts.
This may include fireplace walls, ceiling treatments, cabinetry, built-ins, feature walls, lighting placement, bar areas, wine rooms, home offices, entertainment spaces, and other custom elements.
Considering these details early in the process allows the interior architecture and finishes to work together rather than being addressed as separate decisions later in construction.

See the Design Before You Build It
One of the greatest advantages of working with TNZ Home is our integration with 3D HomeMedia, our architectural visualization and rendering company.
Once the interior design direction and material selections are established, they can be transformed into photorealistic 3D renderings of the future home.
Instead of relying solely on samples, plans, and imagination, builders can see how cabinetry, flooring, stone, lighting, furniture placement, colors, and architectural details work together before construction is complete.
Design changes can be explored visually before expensive materials are ordered or installed.

No Upfront Interior Design or Marketing Cost
For qualifying TNZ Home builder listing partnerships, our interior design, architectural visualization, and pre-construction marketing services are provided with no upfront marketing cost to the builder.
Rather than charging separately for each service, we invest our resources into presenting and marketing the property as part of our listing partnership.
TNZ Home is compensated through the listing commission when the home sells.
That means our interests are aligned with yours: creating a remarkable property, presenting it at the highest level, and getting it sold.
One Team From Concept to Closing
Traditionally, a builder may need to coordinate an interior designer, rendering company, marketing agency, photographer, and real estate brokerage separately.
TNZ Home brings these disciplines together within one coordinated builder partnership.
Our design team understands what our visualization team needs. Our visualization team understands what our marketing team needs. And our brokerage team understands what buyers are responding to in the marketplace.
The result is a more cohesive process and a consistent vision from the earliest design decisions through the final sale.
