Partial Compliance & Third-Party Content

As a vertically integrated digital media and real estate brokerage, we utilize cutting-edge third-party tools to deliver our services. The accessibility of certain immersive features depends on external platforms that we do not directly control.

We declare partial compliance with the WCAG standard for pages containing the following third-party integrations:

  • Interactive Virtual Design Studios: 3D configurators and real-time material selection tools.

  • 360° Virtual Walkthroughs: Third-party immersive tour platforms (e.g., Matterport or similar 3D mapping software).

  • MLS Feeds: External real estate listing data and integrated map features.

We are continuously working with our partners and sister companies (like 3D Home Media) to find accessible alternatives and improve these specific experiences.

Physical Office Accessibility

If you are visiting us for an in-person design consultation or listing presentation, our Dallas-Fort Worth office is fully wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking spaces are located immediately adjacent to the main entrance, and all meeting rooms, design centers, and restrooms are situated on the ground floor with barrier-free access.
